These are extra nipples for?Dr. Brown??s bottles. They are the classic, narrow shape and work with the bottle??s internal vent system to provide a comfortable feed for little ones.

When newborns first start bottle feeding, pediatricians recommend using a ??slow flow?? nipple (also called Level 1), so that the baby doesn??t get too much milk at once. Also if you are switching back and forth from breast to bottle, slow flow nipples can prevent babies from getting too attached to the bottle. Most bottles come with ??slow flow?? or newborn stage nipples.

It??s nice to add some faster flow nipples to your baby registry because your baby will need them when they start drinking faster. Rather than buying whole new bottles, you can start using faster nipples in your existing bottles.

NOTE: Dr. Brown??s does make wide-neck bottles as well, so make sure you need the standard neck which is about 1.5?? where the wide-neck ones are closer to 3??.
